As Associate Vice President, Manufacturing, you will lead Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and Quality Investigation across a regulated business. The role combines strategic planning, operational transformation, financial management, capacity expansion, and customer partnership. Success requires disciplined decision-making, cross-functional leadership, and a sustained focus on quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop manufacturing strategies supporting BIOVECTRA’s expansion objectives
- Improve capabilities, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development
- Sponsor process optimization, technology enablement, and best practices
- Approve procedures, policies,



project evaluations, and cost estimates
- Identify efficiencies, cost savings, and sustainable process improvements

Requirements:

- 12+ years of progressive leadership in highly regulated manufacturing
- Pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, or related experience
- Record of delivering safety, quality, productivity, cost, and schedule results
- Ability to develop financial plans and analyze business performance
- Robust leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making capabilities
