This Project Manager position supports Skyline Clean Energy Asset Management through property maintenance and construction expertise. You will oversee capital expenditures, coordinate maintenance staff and tradespeople, and serve as the primary project contact. The work spans Biogas facilities, Solar operations, and related distributed energy resource projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee construction projects and Biogas facility CAPEX work
- Direct project activities from initiation through completion
- Keep projects on track with Skyline teams
- Source and negotiate cost-effective trade contracts




- Verify suppliers meet specifications, quality standards, and expectations

Requirements:

- Strong property maintenance and construction experience
- Three to five years in relevant clean energy development
- Knowledge of policies, standards, by-laws, and legislation
- Robust communication and effective multitasking abilities
- Biogas or Solar operations training is an asset
