This full-time visiting nurse position supports clients from newborns through young adults up to 25 years. Registered Nurses and Registered Practice Nurses deliver home-based care for children with complex medical needs. The work emphasizes client and family-centred care, skilled judgment, accountability, and collaboration across community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor clients and reassess changing care needs
- Develop and coordinate individualized nursing care
- Support safe, quality-focused client care
- Communicate concerns and condition changes to supervisors
- Attend required team meetings

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Recognized RN diploma, degree, or RPN diploma
- Valid First Aid or CPR certification
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and role availability
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
