This Director position leads architecture and engineering for an AI and Container Management Service. You will partner with Product Management to define requirements, SLOs, and operational goals. You will also coordinate with network, infrastructure, security, operations, and fulfillment teams. The service must integrate with global ordering and back-office systems while scaling across enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture decisions for Kubernetes and OpenShift managed services
- Ensure platform scalability, resiliency, security, and operational readiness
- Integrate services with global ordering and back-office systems
- Collaborate across network, infrastructure,



security, and operations teams
- Develop KPIs improving availability, performance, and customer experience

Requirements:

- Director experience delivering multiple software products or services
- Proven leadership of DevOps or Platform Engineering teams
- Experience operating highly available global services
- OpenShift infrastructure experience preferred; Kubernetes experience required
- 15+ years’ qualified software development leadership experience
