This Customer Sales Representative position supports a growing sales team in a non-selling capacity. You will manage retailer orders for toys, collectables, party goods, and Halloween costumes, accessories, and decor. Customers include big-box chains, national retailers, regional stores, mom-and-pop shops, e-commerce businesses, and seasonal pop-ups. About 60% of the work involves orders, with additional sales-team requests and customer communication around payments, logistics, and allocations. The company provides training on Exenta ERP, and product memorization is not expected before starting. Retail-facing B2B experience and multi-SKU familiarity are key.

Key Responsibilities:





- Process orders arriving through websites and salespeople
- Handle communications about order status and allocations
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and logistics
- Look up unfamiliar products within the SKU structure
- Use the ERP system for daily order management

Requirements:

- Two to five years in B2B customer service or order processing
- Background with retailers, trade customers, or distribution
- Comfort working within multi-SKU product environments
- Decent communication and strong organizational skills
- Basic Excel skills; Exenta training is provided
