You will evaluate businesses, validate information, review agreements, and help portfolio companies with governance, financing, strategy, and introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate high-potential venture companies against investment parameters
- Lead market, competition, management, and cap table diligence
- Validate company information and review negotiated legal agreements




- Participate in portfolio company board meetings as required
- Support financing, governance, and strategic planning initiatives

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years in finance, operating, or advisory roles
- Strong financial statement interpretation and business insight
- Robust Excel modeling with sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Productive Word and PowerPoint skills
- MBA, STEM graduate degree, or CFA is valuable
