This Project Manager role serves an Enterprise client across commercial and corporate office projects. You will guide initiatives from feasibility and planning through construction, workplace transition, commissioning, and final reporting. Success requires organized coordination with real estate, facilities, consultants, vendors, landlords, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support office relocations, tenant improvements, and workplace modernization
- Lead project meetings, minutes, action items, and deliverables
- Coordinate client IT, structured cabling, AV, and access control
- Provide status updates,



forecasts, and schedule reporting
- Oversee deficiencies, commissioning, occupancy, and turnover activities

Requirements:

- At least five years managing construction or fit-out projects
- Experience with workplace projects and corporate offices
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in client-facing environments
- Experience with workplace technology installations is an asset
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
