As Director, PLA Program & Manufacturer Partnerships, you will report to the Assistant Vice-President, Pharmaceutical Benefits & Innovation. You will strengthen the PLA program, manage agreements, and lead strategic negotiations with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Your work will connect partnership development, regulatory requirements, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strengthen internal and external PLA program partnerships
- Identify opportunities to improve program value
- Ensure agreements remain competitive and regulatory compliant




- Manage strategic manufacturer discussions and agreement implementation
- Lead working groups and steering committees when required
