Job Summary As a Footwear Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find footwear that suits their needs, provide attentive service, and support a welcoming, well-organized store. You’ll contribute to smooth daily operations through sales, merchandising, and accurate transactions. Duties
- Welcome customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and recommend suitable products through clear communication and product demonstrations.
- Support retail sales by explaining product features, suggesting relevant options, and using upselling appropriately.
- Operate POS systems
- Maintain footwear displays and merchandising, keep sales areas organized, and assist customers in person or by phone.
- Your impact: Helpful recommendations make shopping easier for customers and support a consistent team experience.



Requirements Required: Clear communication, customer service, retail sales, basic math, POS use, merchandising, and organizational skills support daily duties. English proficiency and time management help you serve customers and complete transactions accurately. Preferred technology sales or technical sales experience, product demos, and professional phone etiquette are helpful strengths. Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
