As Manager, Admissions, you will translate strategy into actionable plans and improve admissions policies, processes, and systems. You will lead holistic application evaluation, manage team performance, and collaborate with internal and external partners. The work supports enrollment objectives, applicant experience, and barrier-free service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the admissions unit
- Lead adjudication, validation, and comprehensive application evaluation
- Implement and improve admissions policies, processes, and systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience
- Experience managing teams, mentoring staff, and leading projects
- Knowledge of medical school selection and enrollment management
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise judgment in complex admissions cases
