- Communicate courteously with passengers, confirm trip information, and respond calmly to questions or concerns.
- Keep the vehicle clean and orderly, and report issues that could affect passenger comfort or safe operation.

and the ability to move and handle heavy items when needed. Preferred: Previous commercial driving or customer service experience, along with warehouse experience and familiarity with moving equipment such as a forklift, can support adaptable, attentive service.
