Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends). - Guide customers in their decor choices
- Open, prepare and close the store
- Train and coach team members




- Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising
- Ensure the performance of the store
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store What you Bring:
- At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
- Experience in Customer Service Leadership
- A passion for interior décor and merchandising
- Versatile schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (12-20 hours) per week – including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift
