This Home Care Attendant position belongs to the Clinical Support job stream and is 0.80 FTE. The role supports clients in their homes, following established standards, policies, procedures, and assigned service requests. Service includes daily living assistance, meal preparation, communication, reporting, and environmental support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct client care and environmental support
- Support independence in assessed activities of daily living
- Assist with meal preparation and client-specific diets




- Report client status and environmental changes promptly
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and in-service programs

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide certificate
- Manitoba Class 5 licence or equivalent
- Access to a personal vehicle for service delivery
- Microsoft programs and Internet applications proficiency
- Communication, organization, independence, and problem-solving skills
