Use recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools as an Accenture Recruiting Analyst supporting candidates, recruiters, and business leaders. Work across the recruiting process with human judgment.
Through Accenture’s Recruiter Development Program, you will support the Candidate Management Team and guide candidates from application through onboarding. The work combines resume evaluation, candidate screening, recruiting data, and personalized communications. You will also partner with hiring managers and support talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate resumes against role requirements using AI-enabled tools
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting technology records
- Screen candidates and discuss relevant Accenture career opportunities
- Coordinate updates, questions, offers,
start dates, and follow-up
- Build talent pipelines through AI-enabled sourcing tools
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of recruitment or human resources experience
- College or personnel administration coursework preferred
- Solid communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking or candidate management systems
- AI and digital fluency with sound human judgment
