As an experienced Contract Recruiter, you will manage recruitment across multiple departments and job functions. The work includes sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, screening candidates, and partnering with hiring managers. You will build pipelines and deliver a positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment from intake meetings through offer negotiation and placement
- Partner with hiring managers on requirements and talent needs
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
- Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and organizational alignment
- Coordinate interviews,



communications, offers, references, and pre-employment activities

Requirements:

- Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
- Robust sourcing, networking, communication, and interviewing skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently
