Inside sales and warehouse expertise define this Roofmart role, serving customers in-store and by phone while preparing building supplies. You will support branch sales and product movement daily.
As an Inside Sales / Shipper and Receiver, you become the customer’s first point of contact. Roofmart needs someone who can complete sales transactions, reconcile daily banking reports, pick orders, and load trucks. The role also includes receiving deliveries, organizing warehouse storage, and maintaining robust customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers shopping in-store or calling the branch
- Complete sales transactions, purchasing, and banking reconciliation reports
- Pick, prepare, and load purchased products onto trucks
- Offload and store products delivered to the branch
- Keep warehouse movement, storage, and organization safe
Requirements:
- College diploma or three years warehouse and forklift experience
- Three years retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
- Ability to lift, push, and carry 80 to 100 pounds
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Authorization to work in Canada
