As Communications Manager, you will develop communications roadmaps, create digital content, and simplify technical innovations. You will collaborate with leadership, HR, PR, Government Affairs, and cross-functional teams. Your work supports announcements, brand messaging, employee communications, events, and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Hypertec’s corporate communications calendar and roadmap
- Write executive messages, newsletters, blogs, websites, and social content
- Translate technical innovations into clear business-focused stories
- Coordinate event campaigns, materials, recaps, and follow-ups




- Monitor engagement, feedback, and communications performance

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ corporate communications or related experience
- Degree or diploma in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing
- Excellent bilingual English and French writing and editing skills
- Solid storytelling and technical information simplification abilities
- Experience with digital platforms, social media, and corporate campaigns
