8Twelve seeks new or experienced Mortgage Agents for its expanding network. You will manage multiple deals, nurture relationships, and improve process efficiency. The role includes hands-on training, coaching, underwriting support, and access to sales and marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal pipelines against service standards and financial goals
- Establish relationships and support informed client decisions
- Oversee applications, documents, submissions, conditions, and closings
- Follow up with clients throughout mortgage processes
- Mediate between lenders and borrowers seeking mortgage loans
Requirements:
- Mortgage Agent License
- One to three years of sales experience
- High School Diploma
- Organized, motivated, and self-starting approach
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
