The Registered Nurse provides and manages cost-effective nursing care for individuals and families in the community. You will assess clients, develop care plans, implement interventions, and document outcomes. The position includes teaching and delegating tasks to different worker levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Registration with the College of Nurses in Ontario
- High tech skills and IV restart experience
- Community healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
- Valid G2 license and insured reliable vehicle
