Apply actuarial techniques and Excel analysis with Marsh People and Investments in Toronto during the Winter 2027 term. This hybrid role requires three office days weekly.

As an Employee Benefits Actuarial Co-Op, you will support the Health and Benefits practice. Work with diverse clients and project teams while developing actuarial, consulting, communication, and presentation skills. Help design benefits programs supporting client success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze employee benefit programs and insurance arrangements
- Model retiree benefit costs and post-employment obligations
- Price plan changes using internal tools
- Prepare future cost projections and client communications
- Participate in client meetings and project teams

Requirements:

- Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Data analysis and presentation design experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Two years toward an actuarial science or related degree preferred
