Drive insurance sales remotely from British Columbia using consultative selling and outbound calling with financial advisors and field staff. Build advisor relationships for Manulife.

As a Business Development Consultant, you will support Manulife’s mass market territory through proactive sales activity and relationship development. The role focuses on question-based selling, tailored insurance solutions, and demonstrating Manulife products. It also provides training for future field sales roles through Manulife’s continuous training program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make at least 60 outbound advisor calls daily
- Develop, maintain, and expand financial advisor relationships
- Gather advisor intelligence using question-based selling
- Execute campaigns, identify prospects,



and create action plans
- Track advisor activity and leads in Salesforce

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of insurance or sales experience
- Proven success with proactive sales and cold calling
- Related college or university degree, or equivalent experience
- LLQP designation or progress toward completion preferred
- Salesforce and intermediate Microsoft Excel familiarity preferred
