Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit Services, you will be a pivotal leader within Green Shield’s third line of defense. This position requires expertise in risk management, internal controls, and delivering high-quality audits. You’ll lead the annual audit plan, build strong ties with business units, and mentor team members towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead execution of the internal audit plan across all Green Shield entities
- Oversee audit planning and resource allocation for projects
- Manage complex audit engagements and reporting processes




- Foster team growth through coaching and accountability
- Evaluate risk management and internal control processes

Requirements:

- University degree in relevant fields such as accounting or finance
- Minimum five years in internal audit or assurance roles
- Relevant designations like CPA or CIA preferred
- Robust understanding of IIA standards and COSO principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
