As a video producer within McKinsey’s Reach & Engagement multimedia team, you will create videos and podcasts across every production stage. You will research topics, develop scripts, run recordings, edit long-form content, and deliver social formats. The work serves a global business audience and involves senior experts and executives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop topics, storylines, scripts, questions, and talking points
- Run studio and remote recording sessions
- Edit videos, podcasts, Shorts, clips, and vertical formats

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Seven-plus years producing video across all stages
