Operate ring seal machines at Baxter’s Alliston facility, producing quality medical products during a full-time afternoon shift. Attention to detail and equipment operation are central.

This temporary six-month Ring Seal Operator assignment supports Baxter’s Plastics Department Operations. You will clean, set up, and run semi-automatic and manual ring seal machines while completing inspections, packaging, and documentation. The position requires independent work, repetitive tasks, and continuous quality focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean, set up, and run ring seal machines
- Load parts, inspect products, and package sealed bags
- Complete quality inspections and Good Documentation Practices records
- Perform minor adjustments and partner with maintenance




- Maintain components, tote boxes, and clean work areas

Requirements:

- Ability to operate equipment independently with minimal supervision
- Robust inspection capabilities and attention to detail
- Experience performing repetitive tasks while standing continuously
- Manufacturing or quality experience in a GMP environment
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or manufacturing experience preferred
