Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize delivery routes and schedules for catering orders across designated areas.
- Communicate effectively with catering partners to confirm order readiness and pickup times.

- Monitor delivery progress and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities, including delivery times, routes, and any exceptions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-the-spot logistical problems to minimize disruption and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customer support to handle any delivery-related client inquiries or complaints.

Requirements
