Turn customer needs into automotive service sales at Fountain Tire Grande Prairie through transparent recommendations and accurate work orders. Regular weekday shifts run Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will arrange bookings, communicate with technicians, and support customers throughout vehicle service. The work includes service quotes, customer authorization, sales finalization, follow-up, and tire or mechanical recommendations. Working knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create work orders and arrange customer bookings
- Provide quotes and receive authorization for vehicle work
- Recommend tire, wheel, and mechanical services




- Process accurate billing and computer information
- Complete customer follow-up and satisfaction calls

Requirements:

- Automotive or tire industry experience is an asset
- Effective listening and customer needs identification skills
- Working knowledge of specified tires and mechanical services
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory Driver's Abstract
- Willingness to work occasional busy-season Saturdays
