CMHA Toronto is seeking a part time Transitional Housing Worker for Carlton House in Toronto. The role supports refugees and newcomers with mental health and addictions needs, coordinating with a team including a Manager and Case Managers to ensure access to services.

Shifts include day, evening, and overnight, with night hours on Fridays and Saturdays. The position requires a college diploma in Social Work/Social Sciences or related field, and at least two years of direct service experience.
