Requirements:

- Spiritual maturity and relational pastoral leadership
- Gifted preacher, teacher, compassionate shepherd, and team-oriented leader
- Appropriate theological training and ministry experience
- Affirmation of Prairie Rose's Statement of Faith
- Ordination or willingness to pursue Evangelical Mennonite Conference ordination
