You will guide mortgage and basic financial services solutions aligned with member needs and financial goals. The role also focuses on membership growth, business development, and Conexus’ residential mortgage presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, develop, and coach Mobile Mortgage Specialists and Associates
- Ensure solutions meet members’ needs and financial goals
- Pursue mortgage opportunities through networking and community involvement




- Contribute to membership and business growth strategies
- Recommend actions using industry and competitor insights

Requirements:

- Five years’ experience in consumer lending
- Two years’ leadership experience with sales or advice-based teams
- Strong knowledge of residential mortgages and mortgage products
- Knowledge of the broader financial services industry
- Ability to build productive external and internal relationships
