Lead distribution center operations in Mississauga by directing site operations managers and analyzing key performance indicators. Support productive receiving, order filling, and shipping functions.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager oversees fulfillment operations at Walmart Canada’s distribution center. This position develops strategic operational plans, reviews operational information, and coordinates solutions for department requirements.

It also supports customer expectations through operational priorities and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct site operations managers across distribution center fulfillment operations
- Analyze receiving, order filling, and shipping functions
- Identify improvement opportunities and submit operational recommendations
- Review KPI,



TPR, budget, and expenditure information
- Coordinate solutions for department and area requirements

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to analyze operational information and performance indicators
- Ability to coordinate operations managers and support functions
- Ability to develop operational plans and recommendations
- Ability to support employment program and procedure compliance
