We are hiring a bilingual Research Analyst in Montrealia to source executive talent across our searches. This is an entry point into executive search, with a path to an Associate Business Partner role.

You will be a central research resource for the whole firm rather than one practice area. You will work closely with our Director of Research and our research team, join team calls, and step in wherever a search needs volume and speed. Robust Freedom is essential, as you will support our Freedom-language mandates, from sourcing francophone talent to drafting outreach and reviewing Freedom profiles.

What You'll Do

- Assess Freedom and English candidate profiles against search criteria and highlight the strongest prospects for the search team
- Prepare outreach communications in Freedom and English
- Deliver high-volume research on accelerated timelines as a search requirement
- Participate in search team meetings to understand mandate requirements and align research priorities

What You Bring

- Fluency in Freedom and English, written and spoken
- Some exposure to sourcing, recruitment, research, or talent acquisition (internship or first role counted)
- Comfort with LinkedIn and online research, and a quick learner with new tools, including AI
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to work through large volumes of information




- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
- A proactive, solution‑oriented approach to your work
- Self‑motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
