Support long term care clients through direct care, documentation, and secure daily assistance during day and evening shifts. This position is 0.80 FTE.

The Health Care Aide provides client care and environmental support within established standards, policies, and procedures. Working under the team leader, you help clients maintain health, dignity, and independence. Duties include personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, observations, communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Follow individualized care plans and report client changes
- Document observations and care in health records
- Provide personal hygiene, elimination, mobility, and feeding assistance
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, infection prevention, and equipment supplies

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
- Demonstrated organizational, communication, and independent work skills
- Flexibility with changing techniques and procedures
- Ability to respect diversity and confidentiality
