As an Auto Claims Adjuster, you will open claims, interview insureds and witnesses, and analyze policy details. You will evaluate liability, review damage assessments, and settle claims fairly. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., for 35 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open recent auto claims by telephone with customers
- Interview insureds and witnesses about reported events
- Analyze policies to determine claim coverage
- Evaluate liability and review damage assessments
- Confirm damages and make fair claim payments

Requirements:

- Personal lines claims adjuster licence and completed exams
- Experience in a similar claims position
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual English-French communication with advanced English required
