CAPREIT’s Revenue Analyst works with Operations and the Senior Revenue Analyst at regional offices. The position manages revenue information, tenant inquiries, renewal files, and rent calculations. It also supports compliance with CAPREIT policies, procedures, and tenancy legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate tenant profiles and rent rolls in SAP
- Manage and generate lease renewal files in SAP
- Calculate rents for AGI and NORR applications
- Prepare legislation-compliant late rent notices and collection packages
- Provide revenue analytics for SDIR and VP reviews

Requirements:

- College diploma or university degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Five years of multi-residential property management experience
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience with SAP
