Falcon Contracting Ltd. is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join their civil construction and clearing team in British Columbia. This role involves clearing access and camp site development, working in a dynamic environment, and contributing to challenging projects. The ideal candidates are safety-oriented, self-motivated, and have significant experience in heavy civil construction.

What You’ll Need

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Proficient knowledge of road and underground utility construction techniques
- Positive working knowledge of laser level & pipe laser level instruments
- Construction Safety Training System (CSTS) certification
- Bear Awareness certification
- Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification
- Valid BC driver’s license (class 5) and own transportation
- Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
