The Tenant Support Worker (TSW) at Lookout Housing and Health Society reports to the Site Manager and works to help residents achieve greater independence and stability through support, education and skills training.

Responsibilities include intake, assessments, crisis intervention, finances and medication administration, and collaboration with volunteers and practicum students; a valid BC driver license and certifications support protected service delivery.
