About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking digital health platform, is seeking a dedicated Holistic Health & Wellness Navigator to join their fully remote team. In this vital role, you will guide individuals on their wellness journeys, helping them achieve optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized, holistic approaches. You will act as a central point of contact, connecting clients with appropriate resources, practitioners, and educational content available through our client's platform. This is a remote-first position, fostering a collaborative and flexible work workplace where you can make a profound impact from anywhere. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, developing personalized wellness plans, and providing ongoing support and motivation. We are looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive individual with a deep understanding of holistic health principles and excellent client-facing skills. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive health and wellness assessments with clients.
- Develop personalized, holistic wellness plans integrating nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, stress management, and other relevant modalities.
- Guide clients in navigating the platform's resources, connecting them with suitable practitioners and services.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients throughout their wellness journey.
- Educate clients on holistic health principles and self-care practices.
- Monitor client progress and adapt wellness plans as needed.




- Collaborate with other health professionals and support staff within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about current trends and research in holistic health and wellness.
- Contribute to the development of new wellness resources and content.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Psychology, Nutrition, Holistic Health, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in wellness coaching or related modalities are highly valued.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in health coaching, wellness counseling, or a similar client-facing health role.
- Comprehensive understanding of holistic health principles, including mind-body connection, nutrition, fitness, and stress management.
- Experience in developing personalized wellness or lifestyle plans.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and empathy skills.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms, video conferencing tools, and client management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain strong organizational skills in a remote setting.
