- Solid experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes and perform gap analysis.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, security controls, frameworks, and operational practices.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
