About the Role

Our client, an innovative online wellness platform, is seeking a Remote Holistic Health Coach and Wellness Navigator. This is a fully remote position where you will guide individuals on their journey to holistic well-being by creating personalized action plans and providing ongoing support. You will empower clients to achieve their health goals by addressing all dimensions of wellness, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive virtual intake sessions to understand clients' health goals, challenges, and values.
- Develop personalized, holistic wellness plans covering nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, and mindfulness.
- Provide ongoing one-on-one coaching and support through video calls, phone, and messaging.
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and empower them to make sustainable changes.
- Help clients identify and overcome obstacles to achieving their wellness goals.
- Track client progress and celebrate successes, adjusting plans as needed.




- Create and share relevant resources, tools, and educational content.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals and the platform team to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional coaching ethics.
- Stay current with trends and research in holistic health and wellness coaching.

Requirements

- Certification from a reputable holistic health coaching program (e.g., CHC, HHC).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Health Coach or in a related wellness advisory role.
- Understanding of holistic principles and how they apply to various aspects of life.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, etc.) and online coaching platforms.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.
- Self-disciplined and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- A genuine passion for promoting health and well-being.
- Knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and stress management techniques is essential.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
