As a Financial Analyst, Real Estate, you will support three mandates involving real estate-linked investment products. Your work will test project viability, affordability, and financeability over six months. You will analyze rent rolls, budgets, funding, and investment criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, maintain, and audit pro formas and cash flow models
- Underwrite housing and real estate projects across Canada
- Run sensitivity, scenario, and stress tests for project assumptions
- Assess debt, equity, grant funding, and lender criteria
- Prepare investment memos, dashboards,



and leadership presentations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, commerce, or real estate
- Two or more years in analysis, underwriting, or real estate finance
- Advanced Excel, DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis skills
- Robust analytical, writing, communication, and presentation abilities
- Full English and French bilingualism; Canadian remote location required
