As a Shift Leader, you oversee operations when management is absent, including cash accountability and key control. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee center operations during management absences
- Enforce organizational and guest service standards
- Address customer complaints and employee relations issues
- Track lanes, assign availability, and start leagues
- Complete cash procedures, deposits, and operating reports
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
