As a Financial Services Representative, you will understand Member needs and recommend suitable products, services, and financial solutions. You will support day-to-day banking while opening accounts, offering credit, identifying wealth referrals, and strengthening Member relationships. The role contributes to individual and team business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate frontline transactional services for daily banking needs
- Open new Member accounts using appropriate account-opening strategies
- Recommend credit, deposit, investment, and other Meridian solutions
- Refer Members to Wealth, Small Business,



and Mobile Mortgage partners
- Participate in community activities and branch relationship-building initiatives

Requirements:

- Solid desire for financial services career growth
- Financial industry knowledge and strong business acumen
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Effective organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Post-secondary education or equivalent financial services sales experience asset
