You will greet customers, handle routine transactions, and guide clients to appropriate staff for complex needs while maintaining confidentiality. You will educate customers on mobile and online banking and support frontline teams with daily branch operations.

You should bring a High School diploma and 1+ years’ experience; IFC within 90 days is required. A post-secondary degree is preferred.
