As E-Commerce Strategist, you will translate the Senior Manager, E-commerce’s strategy into a high-performing storefront. You will own product launches, collections, campaigns, and site merchandising across Bushbalm’s Shopify Plus setting. The work combines hands-on configuration, customer journey analysis, testing, and cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute product launches, collections, and seasonal merchandising
- Manage taxonomy, navigation, category merchandising, and product metadata
- Build campaign, bundle, and promotional landing pages
- Coordinate releases, defects, UAT, and quality assurance




- Plan and analyze A/B tests and optimization initiatives

Requirements:

- Three to five-plus years in e-commerce or site operations
- Hands-on Shopify Plus experience with metafields and product data
- Understanding of feeds, integrations, templates, and dependencies
- Experience triaging defects and coordinating technology releases
- Comfort using Shopify Analytics, GA4, and spreadsheets
