The Administrative Team Lead reports to the Centre Manager and collaborates with the leadership team. Responsibilities span facility bookings, cashouts, invoicing, communications, ActiveNet records, member satisfaction reporting, safety, and customer service. The position also supports staff training and Duty Manager coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule meeting room, gymnasium, and facility bookings
- Complete membership staff cashouts and bank deposits
- Create signage, calendars, schedules, and internal communications




- Promote membership sales and services professionally
- Provide Duty Manager support and staff training

Requirements:

- Current Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certification
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- ActiveNet experience or knowledge is an asset
- Organizational and customer service skills
- Decision-making ability in difficult situations
