TTI seeks a Shipper Receiver for its Factory Service Center in Edmonton. This full-time, permanent position manages tools and equipment, documents shipments, and supports efficient repair operations. Success requires shipping and receiving experience, computer software aptitude, and strong organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log tools and equipment accurately using computer software
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments with complete documentation
- Maintain repair queues and prioritize key customers
- Ship completed repairs the same day
- Complete cycle counts and instant repairs or replacements
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Ability to learn technologies and processes quickly
- Solid organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
