You will maintain inventory records, diagnose system exceptions, and coordinate with Logistics Operations, IT, engineering, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain alignment between physical inventory and WCS/ERP records
- Execute cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory investigations
- Triage automation exceptions and coordinate approved recovery actions
- Analyze transactions, audit trails, logs, and system errors




- Produce reports, handovers, and incident documentation

Requirements:

- Three-plus years in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or systems support
- Solid planning, analysis, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn automation systems
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and diagnostic information
- Ability to work independently on rotating 24/7 shifts
