As a Painter with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will preserve the property’s aesthetic quality and integrity. Duties include preparing surfaces, painting walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, plus completing drywall repairs. You will also maintain finishes, handle paint materials safely, and follow preventative maintenance and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and paint walls, ceilings, doors, and trim
- Complete drywall repairs, patching, taping, and sanding
- Maintain painted surfaces throughout the hotel
- Store, label, and handle paint products safely
- Follow PPE, ventilation, and finish maintenance procedures

Requirements:

- Alberta Painter and Decorator Journeyperson certification is an asset
- Required hand tools under Letter of Agreement B Local 4325A
- Valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s licence and clean abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work at heights
