Hilton Foods Canada seeks a Packaging and Labels Coordinator to manage storage, staging, inventory, and label controls. The work supports production and warehouse operations through material transactions, reconciliations, and accurate label application. You will coordinate with Production, Quality, warehouse, and inventory teams, while supporting AGV operations when required. This role requires attention to detail and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage packaging storage, organisation, staging, and material availability
- Perform inventory counts, reconciliations, and FIFO/FEFO controls
- Verify labels against schedules, specifications,



and product requirements
- Process warehouse management system inventory transactions
- Report shortages, defects, discrepancies, and operational risks

Requirements:

- Two or more years in warehouse, manufacturing, or food production
- Knowledge of packaging materials and label handling processes
- Experience using WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Ability to reconcile inventory and complete cycle counts
