As a Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver family-centered care in a home setting. Follow an individualized care plan while collaborating with the client, family, and healthcare team. Help support a safe transition from hospital to home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver skilled nursing care to a pediatric client
- Administer medications and provide G-tube feeding care
- Monitor and document condition, treatment response, and health changes
- Assist mobility, transfers, and positioning with prescribed equipment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation under Bayshore policies

Requirements:

- Graduate from an accredited or recognized School of Nursing
- Current RPN or LPN registration in positive standing
- Valid CPR certification
- Experience with pediatric nursing care is a strong asset
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
